We are now looking for a customer support representative for our customer service team. You will be an important part of the regional customer service organization where collaboration, joy, and care are key values.

About the role

In your role as customer support, you will create a positive customer experience by being our face to our customers and take responsibility for addressing customer needs both in the short and long term, with a sustainable perspective.

You will be responsible for handling incoming inquiries through the channels where customers contact us and own the cases all the way, ensuring a good customer experience. You will primarily work in our business system and use email and phone as your main tools. You will help customers manage their waste effectively and develop their business by working with additional services, seeing the big picture, and seeking long-term and sustainable solutions based on customer needs. You will work closely with other colleagues at the facility and also maintain close contact with other employees in the company. Communication and collaboration are important parts of your work, and in this role, you need to understand and see the entire flow in the value chain for us to achieve the best results together.

The work requires you to be service-oriented, work efficiently, be flexible, and enjoy building new relationships as well as nurturing existing ones. You have an easy time communicating with those around you, are attentive in your interactions, and actively work to create a good customer experience.

Working hours are daytime, Monday to Friday.

Qualifications:

  • Several years of experience in customer service.
  • High school education or equivalent.
  • Experience working with the Office suite.
  • Good ability to learn new business systems.

If you have experience from previous similar work or other experiences that can strengthen our customer support, this is a merit.
